The Process
Initial Consultation
Our journey begins with an initial consultation, where we discuss your vision, preferences, and specific requirements. This can be done through a meeting, phone call, or video chat. During this stage, we explore:
The subject and style of the painting
Desired size and medium (e.g. acrylic on canvas or mural, … )
Color palette and mood
Concept Development
Following our discussion, I'll create preliminary sketches or digital mock-ups to visualize the concept. This stage ensures we're aligned on the direction of the artwork before moving forward.
Creation
Once the concept is approved, I start the creation process. It is understood that the artist has complete autonomy over all artistic decisions regarding this artwork. Although commissioner’s input is invited, appreciated and will be taken into account by artist, this is not an artwork made to order.
Finalization and Delivery
The commissioner will be shown photographs of the artwork upon its completion and prior to framing. If the commissioner is dissatisfied with the artwork, they may reject the artwork at this point.
After completing the artwork, I apply finishing touches and protective coatings. The painting is then carefully packaged and shipped to your specified address. Local clients have the option for personal delivery and installation assistance.
Pricing
Prices for commissioned art vary based on the size, complexity, and medium of the artwork. Below is a general guide:
Small (up to 75 x 100 cm): €1,500
Medium (up to 120 x 150 cm): €1,500 - €2,300
Large (up to 200 x 200 cm): €2,300 - €3,400
Custom Sizes: Pricing upon request
A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to secure your commission. The remaining balance is due upon completion and approval of the final piece
